I stumbled upon a post on Gawker about how terrible is MS Songsmith (the app that has you sing a song, which will then have a background track generated automagically). Maybe I’m a little late to the whole Songsmith thing to be posting an opinion, but I have to completely disagree. Doing youtube searches (youtube’ing?) for Songsmith videos comes up with an entire family of videos...

On day 2, Obama sweared in his executive staff. That’s like getting op’d and then opping your friends.

Also, apparently they do a lot of swearing in the White House.
What kind of paperwork does Obama have to sign on his first day? Does he have to choose a healthcare plan? Does he have to pay a deposit to get the nuke keys? Does he have to sit through a boring seminar on worker safety?
Parking permits at UCSD are $90 per month. In an effort to save money, I’m starting to take the bus to school (free for employees and students).
Today was my first day of the new commute. It wasn’t so bad. The worst part is that i have to walk past an Apple store to get to the bus stop. Now I’m not sure if I’ll actually be saving money.
